These are approximate sizes.
For a proper fit please measure the wrist and add a 1/2 inch for children and up to 1 inch for adults. We have found the best way to measure children is to take a piece of string (or dental floss) and losely wrap it around their wrist. Measure the string and add a 1/2 inch. (you can do this while they are sleeping.)
