Our girlsPooh Bear medical ID bracelet is created using handmade polymer clay focal bead, cat's eye beads, swarovski pearls and crystals, sterling silver spacers, rounds and findings.  Your favorite girl will really enjoy wearing this beaded medical id bracelet and tag.  LOVE the tiny flower charm!

We now offer 3 types of medical ID plates! 

 

Medical Id alert tag 'A' is stainless steel, has an inscribed medical logo highlighted in red. It is measures 9/16" x 1 3/4" inches. The red medical emblem is heat set to ensure wear.

 Medical ID tag 'B' has a hard fired enameled raised emblem in either red, blue, pink or purple. This tag is 7/16" x 1 7/16" inches

Medical ID tag 'C' offers an inlaid medical emblem in your choice of 4 colors ~ red, pink, embossed, and black.  It is our smallest tag by a smidge measuring 1.7" by .5" including the side rings which we clasp our bracelets onto (no need for seperate rings.) This features a rhodium coated stainless steel tag and has a beautiful mirror finish.

All can be engraved with up to 4 lines on front and 4 lines on back. All are hypo allergenic and stainless steel.  If you want script on the front then please only include first name or initials.

**NOTE**  These bracelets are jewelry and should be treated with care.  Our fun sportsbands may be better suited for active sports, and children unable to care for jewelry items.
