A:
Our products come with a 90-day guarantee from the date we ship. your order. We guarantee our jewelry against defects in workmanship under normal use. We do not guarantee jewelry when worn in water or during sports.

If i ordered a bracelet in the wrong size, what happens, what do I need to do to get this resized?

If you have a problem determining the size, please contact us, as we do charge $5.00 restringing fee per bracelet/strand, plus shipping.

Are your medical id alert bracelets hypo-allergenic?
A:
HYPOALLERGENIC means "Having a decreased tendency to provoke an allergic reaction.
Does Stainless Steel Contain Nickel?: Yes it does. Stainless steel can contain Nickel. Usually this is bonded so tightly it won't leech. But if you are extremely sensitive to Nickel Alloys you may still experience a reaction to this.
Our medical id plates have very little nickel.
Does Surgical Stainless Steel contain Nickel?: YES! Surgical Stainless Steel can commonly contain .05% Nickel. If you are extremely sensitive to Nickel you will have to make sure the supplier can guarantee 0% Nickel. If you plan on getting a new piercing such as a navel piercing, make sure the piercer is informed of nickel allergies and how sensitive the allergy is. The piercer can special order in jewelry with a 0% nickel content.
Does White Gold contain Nickel?: YES!! White Gold can contain as high as 28% Nickel in the lower carats of gold.
Q: Measurements for medical bracelets
How do I measure for my medical bracelet?
A:
You measure for your medical Id bracelet just as you would any other bracelet. Do not worry about the size of the tag. Just measure your wrist and add approximately 1/2 inch. if you prefer your bracelets looser then add a little more. Once you measure your wrist and add the amount to that, then that would be the size you would order.
For example, if your wrist measures 6 inches, then add 1/2 inch and your bracelet size will be 6.5 inches. That 6.5 inches will also include the tag. When I make them, I measure from end to end including the tag to make your size. if you have any questions, please contact me either by email or phone.
I have had some customers measure their wrist then deduct the size of the tag. THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY.
The band of the medical id bracelet will always be smaller, but when you add the tag it will equal out to your size.
For example: lets say that you need a 6 inch bracelet and the medical id tag measures 1 inch, then your medical band will be 5 inches in length and when the tag is attached it will be a total of 6 inches!

In addition, the more letters per line as well as the number of lines used will effect the size of the letters. If you use every space on all 4 lines your letters will be smaller than if you use 10 letters & 3 lines.

We accept the following payments; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, money orders, cashier checks,electronic checks via paypal and personal checks.
Personal checks, buisness checks and electronic checks will be held until they clear. No item will be processed until all checks, including echecks made through paypal clear. All returned checks are subject to a 30.00 fee plus the amount of the check.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try to ship items as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 business days. Every product is custom made exclusively for you. Some items such as our Medical Alert bracelets are sent out for engraving, therefore shipping time is approximately. 2 - 3 weeks.
If you purchase RUSH engraving, you will recieve your item faster. Engraving is only done M-F, no weekends or holidays.
If you need a RUSH on something please contact us prior to be sure that we will be able to fulfill your order in the time frame that you need it.

Don't you hate huge shipping fees? So do we~ Our shipping is a LOW flat rate PER TRANSACTION. We use USPS for first class mail ~ $3.95 or priority mail ~ $5.95. ALL packages contain delivery confirmation. Don't forget our FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75!
We also offer express shipping for packages that need to get there QUICK!.

Q: How do I choose the size I need?
How do I choose the right size?
A:
To get a good fit you will need to measure the wrist at the wrist bone. Make sure you measure SNUG to the skin, not tight though. There should be not be any gap when measuring your wrist! You will then Add 1/2 inch to the wrist measurement to get your bracelet size. A soft tape measure, string or even dental floss works well for this. Take the string or dental floss and wrap it around the wrist bone, holding your finger in place on the string to where the end meets, Then place the string or floss up to a ruler and then add 1 inch. If you are using another bracelet for size please know that each bracelet style fits differently. When measuring using another bracelet, please make sure you measure from one end of the clasp to the other end.

Yes, I LOVE custom designs and requests. You tell me the colors, style you want and I will work with you 100% to get that special piece of jewelry you desire. With each step of your design, I will send you pictures for your approval. So if you have a special design you want made please contact me and we will work together on it!
Q: How do I care for my Jewerly?
Is there any special way to care for the jewelry I purchase from you?
A:
All jewelry looks dull when it gets dirty..but with sterling silver it cleans up to look just like new with just a simple buffing with a sterling silver polishing cloth!!
Do NOT use any type of jewelry cleanser on your jewelry you purchase from us, as they can damage the crystals and some of the finishes on certain beads.
We also recommend that you do NOT wear your jewelry in swimming pools, the ocean, or hot tubs as the chemicals in pools and hot tubs can damage your jewelry, as in ocean water the salt can also damage them.
